By using AI Empires (aiempires.world) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What AI Empires is

AI Empires is an entertainment simulation. Countries, wars, leaders and events in the game are generated by AI and game rules. Nothing on the site describes real-world events, real governments or real military action, and nothing should be read as political commentary or advice.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary contributions that unlock in-game effects (gold, troops, stability, a seat on a country's High Council, the Leader title for the top supporter). They are not purchases of goods or services, carry no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.
• Donations are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a proven technical error on our side (for example a payment that was charged but never credited). Contact us within 14 days in that case.
• Rankings are based on total amounts donated. Another supporter may overtake your seat at any time; that is the game.
• We may change game rules, values, rankings or reset the world when needed to keep the game fair, playable or lawful. In-game effects can be lost when this happens.

Your profile and content

• Display names, logos, links and messages you submit are shown publicly. You must have the right to use them. No hate speech, harassment, illegal content, misleading impersonation of others, adult content, malware links or spam.
• We may edit, hide or remove any content or profile, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, without refund.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the content you submit within the game and its share images and social posts.

Fair use

Do not attack, overload, scrape or manipulate the service, share links, rankings or payments (including fraudulent or charged-back payments). We may reverse in-game effects obtained this way.

Accounts

Signing in with Google is optional. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping the private edit link of your seat to yourself.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any in-game outcome will occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you donated in the 12 months before the claim.
